Traces d'usure sur la pochette du coffret.
This numismatic set contains all the circulating coins of the Netherlands, ranging from 1 cent to 2 euros, issued in 2002. The coins are presented in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) quality, which means they have been struck with special care and have a brilliant, uncirculated appearance.
Each coin has specific characteristics. The 1, 2, and 5 cent coins are made of copper-plated steel. They feature the portrait of Queen Beatrix and the inscription "Beatrix Koningin der Nederlanden". The year "2002" is also present. The reverse of these coins is common to all countries in the euro zone and depicts the face value and a map of Europe.
The 10, 20, and 50 cent coins are made of Nordic gold. They feature the same portrait of Queen Beatrix and the same inscriptions as the smaller denominations. The reverse is also identical, displaying the face value and a map of Europe.
The 1 and 2 euro coins are bimetallic. The 1 euro coin is composed of a cupronickel center and a nickel brass ring. The 2 euro coin consists of a nickel brass center and a cupronickel ring. These coins also feature the portrait of Queen Beatrix and the usual inscriptions. The reverse of the 1 euro coin shows the face value and a map of Europe, while the 2 euro coin features an enlarged map of Europe.
This 2002 BU set is a complete collection of the first euro coins issued by the Netherlands. It offers an opportunity to acquire a copy of each coin in optimal condition.
