Coffret présentant quelques traces d'usure.
This commemorative numismatic set, issued in 2005, brings together all the euro denominations from the three Benelux countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. The set contains a total of 24 coins, comprising three complete series of euro coins, ranging from 1 cent to 2 euros, for each member country.
Each series of coins features the national designs specific to each country. The Belgian coins bear the portrait of King Albert II, while the Dutch coins display the effigy of Queen Beatrix. The Luxembourg coins, on the other hand, feature the portrait of Grand Duke Henri.
In addition to the series of euro coins, the set includes a silver medal. This commemorative medal, specially minted for the occasion, pays tribute to the cooperation and unity of the Benelux countries. The specific design and inscriptions of the medal are not detailed here.
All the coins and the medal are presented in a case specially designed for this set. The state of preservation of the coins is "Brilliant Uncirculated" (BU), which means that they were minted with particular care and have a new and shiny appearance. This set constitutes a numismatic testimony to European integration and regional collaboration within the Benelux.
