After the launch of the first collection celebrating the release of the new album Asterix and the Griffin in 2021 we meet up again with the most famous of the Gauls in 2022 for the second wave of the collection.

This shaped coin pays tribute to Dogmatix, the faithful dog and friend of our two favourite Gauls. The ecologically-minded dog, always up for adventure, proudly flashes a mischievous smile.

Dogmatix's favourite bones can be seen in the background on the reverse. The face value appears at the bottom of the coin, along with the words "RF" and the year 2022.
