Bi-metallic (center in nickel brass - ring in cupronickel) - 8.5 g - 25.75 mm in diameter - 2.20 mm thick.

The first 2 euro commemorative coin from Spain 2025 is dedicated to the Old Town of Salamanca as part of the collection dedicated to Spanish sites listed as UNESCO World Heritage. It features the church and convent of San Esteban of the Dominican order, in the historical center of Salamanca.

Edge: reeded and inscribed with a 2 followed by two stars, the whole repeated six times alternating obverse and reverse.
