    Description

    This 2 euro commemorative coin was issued by San Marino in 2015. It celebrates the 750th anniversary of the birth of Dante Alighieri.

    The coin is bimetallic. The center is composed of nickel brass, an alloy of copper, zinc and nickel. The outer ring is made of cupronickel, an alloy of nickel and copper.

    It weighs 8.5 grams and has a diameter of 25.75 millimeters.

    This coin was struck with a Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) quality. Its mintage is limited to 100,000 copies.

    The coin's design is the work of Annalisa Masini.

    The coin is presented in its official blister pack.
