This coin set is dedicated to the Fluxus art movement and one of its main founders, Lithuanian-born artist and gallery owner George Maciunas. This avant-garde movement, inspired by the Dadaists and John Cage, humorously questioned the status of art and the artist in society. Yoko Ono and the French artist Ben were actively involved in these issues. Lithuanian BU boxes are always highly sought-after and superb collectors' items!

Lithuanian euro coins all have the same design: the famous Vytis rider surrounded by 12 golden stars.

The only differences between the coins are as follows:
- the 1, 2 and 5 cent coins have no lines on the outer circle ;
- the 10, 20 and 50 cent coins have horizontal lines on the outer circle;
- the 1 and 2 euro coins have vertical lines on the outer circle.
