This numismatic set contains all the current circulation coins of Ireland, ranging from 1 cent to 2 euros, issued in 2006.

The 10, 20, and 50 cent coins are made from an alloy called "Nordic gold." The 1 and 2 euro coins are bimetallic, combining two different alloys.
