This lot includes five complete sets of German coins issued in 2014. Each set consists of eight distinct coins, covering all euro denominations, ranging from 1 cent to 2 euros.

The 1, 2, and 5 cent coins are made of copper-plated steel. They feature an oak leaf, a traditional German motif, designed by Professor Rolf Lederbogen. The 1 cent coin has a diameter of 16.25 mm, the 2 cent coin measures 18.75 mm, and the 5 cent coin has a diameter of 21.25 mm. The respective weights of these coins are 2.30 grams, 3.06 grams, and 3.92 grams.

The 10, 20, and 50 cent coins are composed of an alloy called "Nordic gold". They display the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, a German national symbol, created by Reinhart Heinsdorff. The 10 cent coin has a diameter of 19.75 mm, the 20 cent coin measures 22.25 mm, and the 50 cent coin has a diameter of 24.25 mm. Their respective weights are 4.10 grams, 5.74 grams, and 7.80 grams.

The 1 and 2 euro coins are bimetallic. The 1 euro coin depicts the federal eagle, another emblem of Germany, designed by Heinz Hoyer. The 2 euro coin also displays the federal eagle. The 1 euro coin has a diameter of 23.25 mm and weighs 7.50 grams, while the 2 euro coin has a diameter of 25.75 mm and weighs 8.50 grams.

Each coin bears the indication of its face value and the inscription "Deutschland" indicating the issuing country. The coins may come from different German mints.
