 Snoopy is Charlie Brown's dog and the neighborhood favorite! Far from being an ordinary beagle, Snoopy likes to read and write books. He is also a connoisseur of the arts. His boundless imagination allows him to experience extraordinary adventures, while staying in his garden near his kennel. He sometimes sees himself as a World War I pilot, as Joe Cool, the king of campus, or as a world-renowned author.
 Snoopy doesn't speak, but he is good at expressing his emotions. His moods, reactions and varied expressions are all reasons that make him a touching and appreciated character. 

 On the face of this colored coin, Snoopy is represented in one of his iconic poses. The beagle sports a tender smile as he holds a heart against him. Behind him are emblematic elements of the comic strip: Woodstock in a hot air balloon, Snoopy's kennel and his helmet
 pilot resting in the grass. The reverse of this coin exposes the face value surrounded by two branches, one of oak, the other of laurel, which evoke the Euro symbol. The entire motif of the reverse is framed by "République Française" as well as an assembly of lines representing the Hexagon.
