This coin is issued on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the creation of the
 of the Central Bank of Cyprus. The national side of the coin depicts tools and a microchip symbolising the means used by the Central Bank in the industrial and digital age to ensure the stability of the economy. The designer is Mr George Stamatopoulos and the coin was minted by the Bank of Greece.
