 It is now traditional for the Royal Mint of Belgium to support the Belgian Olympic team, which is taking part in the (Summer) Olympic Games under the name ?Team Belgium?, with a magnificent commemorative coin! This time it's a very special coin. The choice was made for the largest silver coin in the Belgian range. What's more, the addition of a gold detail adds an extra touch of elegance! The 20 euro coin, with a diameter of 37 mm, is minted in the highest Belle-Épreuve quality and is strictly limited to 2,500 copies worldwide. 
 
 The silver coin in Belle-Epreuve quality features the gold Team Belgium logo in relief on the left. On the right, on the reflective surface, is a representation of ?The Embrace?, the visual identity of the COIB during the Paris Olympic Games. This symbol represents two arms that reach out to envelop and embrace people, spreading a message of unity. The ends of the arms are not visible, to evoke the idea of infinity. The coin was designed by Iris Bruijns. 
 
 This 20 euro silver coin not only has a beautiful design on the front, but also features a portrait of King Philippe! In Luc Luycx's design, King Philip is looking to the right, where his monogram is also depicted.
