It is a Proof (BE) quality edition, characterised by a polished blank and finely struck reliefs, offering a high-definition visual finish.

The coin is made in bimetallic composition, in accordance with the standardised technical specifications for 2 euro coins in the eurozone. It has a diameter of 25.75 mm and a weight of 8.5 grams.
