This commemorative coin is issued by Kazakhstan in 2025, during the Republic period (1991-present). Classified as non-circulating, it has a face value of 200 tenge, the currency being the tenge (since 1993).
The coin is made of cupro-nickel and weighs 11.17 grams, with a diameter of 31 millimeters.
The coin's obverse features the coat of arms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the center, flanked by elements of the national ornament on the left and right. The inscriptions "QAZAQSTAN RESPÝBLIKASY" and "REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN" are engraved along the circumference. The coin's denomination is indicated in the lower part.
The reverse of the coin depicts a combat scene between two wrestlers, with faces of spectators visible in the background. Fragmented national motifs are scattered across the entire reverse. The logo of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan is positioned in the upper part. The year of issue, 2025, is inscribed at the bottom of the coin, and the inscription "QAZAQ KÚRESI" appears at the very bottom of the circumference.
This 200 tenge coin is an example of contemporary Kazakh numismatics, combining national symbols with cultural representations.
