Here you will find a pair of false BankNote Minerva and Hercules 1000 franc notes (identical numbers). Made by the famous counterfeiters Rocher and Versini, they sold 40 million counterfeit notes during the 20th century.
They were renowned for the high quality of their notes, although some faults were easily identifiable, such as the alphabet not matching the serial numbers used.
