The 100 Gulden banknote issued by the Netherlands Antilles for Curaçao and Sint Maarten in 2025, from the M4 series, features distinctive characteristics on both sides.
On the obverse, the banknote displays inscriptions in Dutch. A conch shell with a musical scroll motif, created in OVI (Optical Variable Ink) with blue-green hues, is visible. A parrotfish is also depicted, occupying a prominent place in the design.
The reverse of the banknote, oriented vertically, also features text in Dutch. It illustrates the Courthouse of Sint Maarten. A red security thread, embedded and visible intermittently, is incorporated and features a wavy pattern.
The banknote's watermark depicts a compass rose accompanied by the electrotype XCG.
The signatures on the banknote are those of Richard A. Doornbosch (RAD), as President, and Leila A. Matroos-Lasten (LAML), as Secretary Director.
The physical dimensions of the banknote are 147 mm in length and 66 mm in width. The script used on the banknote is Latin.
