The signatures of the Mayor of Roubaix and the 1st Deputy ffons of Mayor, as well as the Mayor of Tourcoing, are also present. A note specifies that the note must be stamped with the dry stamp of one of the two cities to be valid. The Louis Debode printing house of Roubaix is mentioned as the printer, with the mention "Modèle Déposé".

The reverse of the note is framed in green. A central circle details the penalties for counterfeiting. On the left is the coat of arms of the city of Roubaix, and on the right, that of the city of Tourcoing. A dry stamp is also present. Article 139 of the penal code is cited, mentioning the penalties of forced labor for life for those who counterfeit or falsify banknotes authorized by law, as well as for those who use or introduce these counterfeit notes on French territory.
