The American Eagle Liberty is one of the most recognized silver investment coins in the world, issued by the United States Mint. The 2026 vintage perpetuates this iconic American monetary tradition, with an official face value of 1 Dollar.

The coin is struck in silver with a purity of 999?, i.e. 99.9% fine silver, making it a particularly high standard for a coin in this category. Its weight is 31.1 grams, corresponding exactly to one troy ounce, the reference unit universally used in the field of precious metals. Its diameter is 40.6 mm.

The obverse of the coin features the allegorical figure of Liberty, an iconography directly inspired by the original design of Adolph A. Weinman, an American artist whose work left a lasting mark on 20th-century American numismatics. This depiction, known as Walking Liberty, shows a female silhouette draped in the American flag, walking towards the rising sun, a symbol of hope and progress. The inscription IN GOD WE TRUST, the mention LIBERTY and the year of minting also appear on this side.

The reverse of the coin features a bald eagle, the national symbol of the United States. Since the 2021 redesign, the reverse design has been modernised and now depicts an eagle in flight seen from below, created by sculptor Emily Damstra.
