Quelques traces d'usure sur la pochette du coffret.
The Austrian BU Euro set, dated 2006, includes all eight euro denominations issued that year. It is a numismatic set featuring the 1 cent to 2 euro coins, all struck with Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) quality.
Each coin in this set has specific characteristics related to its face value. The 1, 2 and 5 cent coins are made of copper-plated steel. They feature a representation of gentians, a symbol of Austrian nature, with the face value and the Austrian flag. The 10, 20 and 50 cent coins are made of Nordic gold. They depict the Viennese Secession, with the Secession building on the 10 cent coin, the Belvedere on the 20 cent coin, and the Austrian Parliament on the 50 cent coin. The face value and the Austrian flag are also present on these coins.
The 1 and 2 euro coins are bimetallic. The 1 euro coin represents Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, an emblematic figure of Austrian music. The 2 euro coin, on the other hand, features the portrait of Bertha von Suttner, a pacifist and the first woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. As with the other denominations, the face value and the Austrian flag are shown on these coins.
All the coins are presented in a case specially designed for the collection, ensuring their protection and highlighting them. The Brilliant Uncirculated quality guarantees optimal conservation for each coin, with careful striking and a brilliant appearance.
