The reverse of the banknote bears the inscription "REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA" with the motto "en unión y libertad". A representation of the Valdés Peninsula is visible, accompanied by the mention "Península Valdés Patrimonio de la Humanidad", highlighting its World Heritage status. A map of Argentina is also present.
The watermark integrated into the banknote represents a southern right whale, accompanied by the electrotype "200", reinforcing the security of the banknote.
