In the event of delivery delays, partial delivery or inability to supply, the seller reserves the right to adjust or cancel all or part of the order. In such cases, a full refund of the amounts corresponding to undelivered products will be issued, without compensation or penalty.

Awarded to citizens of the Soviet Union in recognition of achievements in the fields of economics, literature, the arts, or other civilian activities, the strengthening of economic, scientific, and technological ties between the USSR and other countries, as well as for significant work in fundamental and applied research. The Order of the Badge of Honor was replaced by the Order of Honor on December 28, 1988.
