The 2024-2025 Philippine polymer banknote series, comprising the 50, 100, 500, and 1000 peso denominations, showcases the iconic fauna, flora, and landscapes of the archipelago.
The 50 peso note features the Visayan leopard cat and the Vidal lanutan, with Taal Lake and the maliputo on the reverse. The 100 peso note presents the Palawan peacock-pheasant and the Ceratocentron fesselii orchid, while the reverse depicts Mayon Volcano and the whale shark. The 500 peso note highlights the Visayan spotted deer and the Acanthephippium mantinianum orchid, accompanied by the blue-naped parrot and the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River on the reverse. Finally, the 1000 peso note celebrates remarkable marine species and sites, including the Philippine eagle and the Tubbataha Reefs.
Each banknote includes the national coat of arms, the seal of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, and a transparent holographic security window, combining heritage symbolism and modernity.
