The 100 Philippine Peso banknote, issued in 2024, is a polymer banknote. It is part of the first series of Philippine banknotes made from this material. It measures 160 mm in length and 66 mm in width.
The front of the banknote features a Palawan peacock-pheasant, a bird species endemic to Palawan Island, as well as a Ceratocentron fesselii flower, a plant species also native to the Philippines. The Philippine coat of arms is positioned on the right side of the banknote, accompanied by the seal of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas bank.
On the back, a map of the Philippines is visible, positioned in the center left of the banknote. A whale shark is depicted in the center, while the Mayon Volcano, an active volcano located in the province of Albay, is illustrated on the right side.
The banknote incorporates a watermark consisting of a transparent window where the coat of arms and the seal of the Central Bank of the Philippines are visible. This banknote was printed by Note Printing Australia, a company based in Melbourne.
