Pack of 10 ULTRA Intercept Coin Capsules 37 MM

Ultra Intercept capsules are packaged in sets of 10 units and feature an inner diameter of 37 mm, making them suitable for the storage of coins corresponding to this format.

These capsules stand out through the integration of an active anti-oxidation protection technology, a feature that positions them as the only round capsules in the world to offer this type of protection. Unlike traditional capsules that simply physically isolate the coin from its external environment, Ultra Intercept capsules act actively against the agents responsible for oxidation, a chemical phenomenon that can significantly alter the surface condition and general appearance of a coin over time.

This technology, whose effectiveness is recognised and proven, is based on materials capable of intercepting and neutralising corrosive substances present in the ambient air, such as sulphurous gases or chlorinated compounds, before they come into contact with the metal of the stored coin. This principle of active protection represents a notable advancement compared to conventional storage solutions available on the numismatic supplies market.

The round format of Ultra Intercept capsules is designed to adapt to the circular morphology of coins, ensuring appropriate retention of the coin within the housing. Their design also allows for easy handling and viewing of coins without requiring direct contact with them, thus limiting the risks of fingerprint deposits or micro-scratches related to handling.

This pack of 10 capsules of 37 mm constitutes a supply intended for the preservation and storage of coins within a numismatic collection, providing both physical and chemical protection over the long term.
