Pack of 10 ULTRA Intercept Coin Capsules 27 MM

This pack contains 10 Ultra Intercept coin capsules with a diameter of 27 mm, designed to house and protect collectible coins in a durable manner.

The main feature of these capsules lies in their 3 mm thick foam ring, integrated inside each capsule. This ring is based on Intercept technology, patented for 30 years, and has been specifically developed for use in numismatic preservation. The material composing this ring contains copper particles whose role is to permanently capture corrosive gases present in the surrounding atmosphere, thereby neutralising the harmful effects of substances likely to damage coins.

This mechanism creates around each coin an oxidation-free microclimate, guaranteeing effective protection for a period of up to 15 years. The effectiveness of this technology has been rigorously validated according to DIN, EN, ISO and ASTM standards, attesting to the reliability of the process within a standardised framework recognised at international level.

These capsules are available for coins with a diameter of 16 mm, as well as for diameters ranging between 22 and 41 mm, with this 27 mm format falling within this compatibility range. They thus constitute a preservation solution suited to a wide range of coins from different series and mintings.
