This coin is a silver bullion coin, minted in Mexico in 2024. It is part of the "Mexico Libertad" series. It is made of pure silver, with a fineness of .999.

The coin weighs 62.2 grams and its diameter is 48.10 millimeters. The mint is the Mexican Mint (Casa de Moneda de México) located in Mexico City.

The obverse of the coin features the national coat of arms of Mexico, with an eagle positioned to the left, in the center of the past and present coats of arms. The inscription "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS" is found in Latin characters.

The reverse of the coin depicts the Winged Victory, also known as "The Angel of Independence". The inscription "2 ONZAS PLATA PURA 2024 LEY .999" can be read, as well as the mint mark "Mo".

The edge of the coin is reeded.

It should be noted that Mexican Libertad ounces are among the few investment coins with legal tender status that do not have a face value. They are nevertheless accepted as currency by the Banco de México.
