This Kuwaiti banknote has a face value of a quarter dinar and was issued in 1994. It measures 110 mm long by 67 mm wide.
The obverse of the note features a color palette of brown, grayish purple, and dark orange, printed on a multicolored background. It features a dhow, a type of traditional boat, positioned at the bottom center, slightly to the right. The emblem of the State of Kuwait is depicted on the left. At the bottom right, a stylized outline of a falcon's head is visible. The inscriptions are in Arabic.
The reverse of the note features a color palette of brown and grayish purple on a multicolored background. It depicts young girls playing a traditional game called "throwing the handkerchief". It also includes the inscription "We Seek God's Assistance", as well as the mentions "Central Bank of Kuwait" and "Quarter Dinar".
The banknote has a watermark depicting a falcon's head. The printer of this banknote is De La Rue.
