This 50 centime note was issued by the Marseille Chamber of Commerce, dated November 5, 1915, and belongs to Series IV-R. The front of the note features the inscription "CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE MARSEILLE" at the top, followed by the nominal value "50 CENTIMES" in the center. It also includes the signatures of the Treasurer and Delegate members, as well as the series designation "SERIE IV-R". The name of the designer, Valère Bernard, is also inscribed on this side.
The back of the note bears the inscription "CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE MARSEILLE" at the top, followed by the mention "Extraits des délibérations de la Chambre de Commerce de Marseille en date du 5 novembre 1915". It also includes the printer's mention, "IMP MOULLOT MARSEILLE", indicating that the note was printed by Imprimerie Moullot & fils aîné in Marseille, France.
