This 50 centime banknote was issued by the Chamber of Commerce of Creuse on June 17, 1917. It is the third issue, series A.
On the front, one can read the inscription "CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE LA CREUSE" in capital letters, followed by the mention "Délibération du 15 Juin 1917". The serial number, "A 40225", is printed, as well as the face value "50 CENTIMES". The roles "Le Président" and "Le Trésorier" are also mentioned, leaving space for signatures.
The back of the banknote features the inscription "1917 CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE LA CREUSE 1922", indicating the period of validity of the banknote. A note specifies that the banknote must be presented for reimbursement before December 31, 1922. The printer's name, "IMP. P. DUMONT", is also present.
