The 50-cent banknote issued by the Narbonne Chamber of Commerce is dated 1915. This banknote is part of Series C and has an identification number, here No. 41295.
On the front, you find the inscriptions "CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE NARBONNE" as well as the mention of the deliberation of July 22, 1915, which authorizes its issuance. The face value "50 CENTIMES" is clearly indicated, accompanied by the signatures of the Treasurer and the President of the Chamber of Commerce. The mention "Série C" and the banknote number complete the information.
The back of the banknote specifies the value "50 CENTIMES" and the indication "FR" for France. An important clause stipulates that this voucher is redeemable until December 31, 1916, unless this deadline is extended. It is also specified that the banknote is valid only if it bears the dry stamp of the Chamber of Commerce, guaranteeing its authenticity.
The banknote does not have a watermark. It was printed by Lithographie P. Morer - Benezet, located in Perpignan.
