The front of this note features a centered textual composition. This stamp, with a diameter of 26 mm, represents the Genius of the Constitution seated. It leans on the statue of Artemis, symbol of Nature, to its right, and on the Tables of the Law, where the words "DROIT DE L'HOM" (RIGHT OF MAN) can be distinguished, to its left. This dry stamp was engraved by GATTEAUX.
