Description

The signature "D'APRÈS O.ROTY" indicates that the design is inspired by the work of Oscar Roty.
The reverse of the coin features two branches crossed at their base, one of oak and the other of olive. Behind these branches, the face value "2 FRANCS" is indicated. The whole is surrounded by the republican motto "LIBERTE ? EGALITE ? FRATERNITE", arranged in an octagonal border.
