The back of the banknote depicts Sully, a French statesman, shown on the right holding a parchment. The background consists of a picturesque pasture landscape, evoking rurality and agricultural prosperity. Ernest Deloche is credited as the engraver of this banknote, while Lucien Hector Jonas is the designer.
