On the front, we observe a bust of a laureate woman, an allegory of France, who holds the baton of command in her right hand. With her left hand, she picks fruits and flowers, which are offered to her by a child, symbolizing Youth. The background reveals an aerial view of Paris, where Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Seine winding through the city can be recognized. The inscriptions "100 BANQUE DE FRANCE 100" and "CENT FRANCS" are present in capital letters. The script used is Latin. Ernest Deloche is the engraver of this side, while Lucien Hector Jonas is the designer.
The reverse of the banknote depicts Sully, represented on the right, holding a parchment. In the background, a picturesque pasture landscape completes the composition. The dimensions of the banknote are 180 × 92 mm, and its weight is one gram. The series of this banknote is L.24568.
