On the obverse, the denomination "CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE MONTLUÇON - GANNAT" can be read at the top of the note. Below, it is mentioned "Ministerial authorization of October 5, 1915". The face value "UN FRANC" is inscribed in the center. The signatures of the Treasurer and the President also appear on the obverse. The note bears the mention "Série B" followed by a unique identification number, here "103172". The name of the printers, "HERBIN & BOUCHÉ MONTLUÇON", is also present.
The reverse of the note repeats the denomination "CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE MONTLUÇON - GANNAT" as well as the mention of the ministerial authorization of October 5, 1915. An important indication specifies that the note had to be presented for reimbursement within five years from October 10, 1915.
