Description

The reverse of the coin features the number "1", representing the face value, surrounded by the date of issue, "1968" in this case, and the inscription "centime" in cursive script. The reverse design is also by Marcel Guilleminet.
The edge of the coin is smooth. The mintage of this coin in 1968 amounted to 40,893,000 copies.
