This numismatic set presents all eight euro denominations issued by Finland in 2003, ranging from 1 cent to 2 euros. The central theme of this set is the "Gold Prospector."
Each coin contained in the set is struck with Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) quality, which means they were produced with new tools, giving them a brilliant appearance and a striking quality superior to that of ordinary circulation coins. BU coins have never been put into circulation.
The set also includes a commemorative medal, complementary to the eight euro coins. The mintage of this set is limited to 100,000 copies.
Finnish euro coins feature three distinct designs: the 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 50 cent coins depict the Finnish heraldic lion. The 1 euro coins feature a design of two swans in flight. The 2 euro coins display a representation of cloudberry berries and flowers.
The total weight of the set is 105 grams.
