This Czechoslovak banknote, with a face value of 50 korun, was issued in 1993. It is part of an unspecified series and is distinguished by its graphic features and inscriptions.
On the front of the banknote, there is a depiction of soldiers positioned on the right. An adhesive stamp bearing the value "500" is affixed in the upper left corner. The inscriptions in Latin include the face value "500", the designation of the issuing institution "BANKOVKA ?TÁTNEJ BANKY ?ESKOSLOVENSKEJ", the value in letters "PÄ?STO KORÚN ?ESKOSLOVENSKÝCH" and the year of issue "1973". A legal notice "FAL?OVANIE SA TRESCE PODLA ZÁKONA" warns against counterfeiting. The names of the artists involved, "J. LUKAVSKÝ DEL. L. JIRKA SC.", indicate Jaroslav Lukavský as the designer and Ladislav Jirka as the engraver.
The back of the banknote features the Devin Fortress on the right side. An old escutcheon is located in the center, in the lower part. The dimensions of the banknote are 154 mm in length and 68 mm in width.
This banknote is a testament to the monetary history of Czechoslovakia during a time of political and economic change.
