The signature on the note is that of Pavao Marjanovi?, who held the position of Governor of the National Bank at the time of issue.
The printing of this note was carried out by the Serbian State Printer (ZIN - Zavod za izradu nov?anica i kovanog novca), based in Belgrade, Serbia. This institution has been in operation since 1929.
