The 20 francs Debussy banknote is an issue from the Banque de France dating from 1997, belonging to series E.051. It pays tribute to Claude Debussy (1862-1918), one of the most iconic French composers of the turn of the 20th century and a key figure of musical impressionism.

This banknote with a face value of 20 francs features on the obverse a portrait of Claude Debussy, accompanied by graphic elements evoking his musical and artistic world.
