This Belgian banknote has a face value of 20 francs and dates from 1964. It is part of a specific series identified by the letter "N". Graded PMG 58, which indicates its state of preservation.
The obverse of the banknote features a portrait of King Baudouin I. The Latin inscriptions include the mention "ROYAUME DE BELGIQUE" as well as "TRESORERIE" and the value "VINGT FRANCS". The date of issue, "15.06.64", is also indicated. It also includes the mentions "LE DIRECTEUR GENERAL DE LA TRESORERIE" and "LA LOI PUNIT LE CONTREFACTEUR". The names of the artists involved in the design of the banknote are also mentioned: H. DE CUYPER SC. (engraver Herman de Cuyper) and L. DE DECKER DEL (designer Luc de Decker).
The reverse of the banknote depicts the Atomium of Brussels, an emblematic monument of the Belgian capital. The dimensions of the banknote are 118 mm in length and 59 mm in width.
