Quelques traces d'usure sur la pochette du coffret.
This numismatic set presents a complete series of Austrian euro coins, ranging from 1 cent to 2 euros, minted in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) quality in 2005. The set commemorates the Austrian State Treaty.
Each coin in the series is manufactured according to standard euro technical specifications, with distinct metal compositions for each value. The 1, 2 and 5 cent coins are made of copper-plated steel, recognizable by their reddish color. The 10, 20 and 50 cent coins are made of Nordic gold alloy, giving them a golden hue. The 1 and 2 euro coins are bimetallic, combining a cupronickel center with a nickel-brass ring for the 1 euro coin, and a nickel-brass center with a cupronickel ring for the 2 euro coin.
The coins feature Austrian national designs on their faces, unchanged from current issues. These include symbols such as the gentian, edelweiss and alpine primrose on the small denominations, and representations of Austrian monuments and personalities on the higher values. The common face of each coin features the map of Europe and the face value.
The set was issued in a limited edition of 100,000 copies. It contains the eight euro denominations issued by Austria. The Austrian State Treaty, signed in 1955, marked the end of the Allied occupation and the restoration of Austria's full sovereignty.
