The shipment is made by registered letter.

  • Books and supplies

The supplies are delivered in cardboard packaging.
The shipment is made by registered or follow-up letter.

No shipping of accessories and books for America, Asia, Africa and Dom-Tom.

If you want to order contact us and the actual postage fees will be applied.

Participation in shipping is requested according to the following scale:

European order :

- 10 Euros for a registered letter with insurance R2.
- 15 euro in EMS service by colisimmo or UPS with full insurance.

International order :
- 10 Euros for a registered letter with insurance R2.

- 15 euro in EMS service by colisimmo or UPS with full insuranc.

 

 

        Insurance :

If you are using EMS SERVICE your package will be insured at 100% during thetransit process until it reaches you.
We have made an agreement with a private insurance company that is specialized: Meaning, once your payment is validated, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.


        Delivery :

We seek for fast and reliable delivery that is estimated between 3 working days,  5 days for France and between 7 to 14 days for Europe, America. And finally, from 20 to 25 days for Asia, Oceania, Africa from the moment your payment is accepted, yet it depends on your country and your payment method (all payment are checked by a strict anti-fraud procedure).

Easy returns :
 
Free and easy returns within 15 days: we offer full refund if you are not satisfied your purchase. Returned items should be sent in their original condition by appropriate delivery service with tracking number and suitably packaged. Note that the item you see on picture is exactly the item you will receive. Be 100% satisfied or get your money back.
