The Mascot of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games makes a huge jump in an attempt to score a basket. Basketball became an Olympic sport in its own right at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. In Olympic format, it is played in four ten-minute quarters. The players link offensive and defensive actions in this sport, which requires endurance, versatility and, of course, great skill on the part of the athletes to link up runs and baskets.
