Introducing Solveig, the coin in Germania Mint's Valkyries series for the year 2025. Solveig represents one of the valiant Germanic goddesses, daughters of Odin, who played a crucial role in helping the bravest fallen warriors. Symbolising the awakening of summer, Solveig is synonymous with new beginnings and new opportunities.

On the front of the coin, Solveig, depicted as the Goddess of the Sun, stands alongside an intrepid bear. Armed with an axe, she wears a leather outfit adorned with iron accessories, including epaulettes and bracelets. In particular, she is adorned with the Sowilo rune, which represents vitality and renewal.

On the reverse of the coin, the double-headed eagle emblematic of the Germania Mint is combined with Solveig's bear. The shield, which incorporates details such as the year, metal type and face value, is adorned with Germanic runes, adding a touch of authenticity to the design.

Designed by Mateusz Fr?ckowiak, the coin is issued in 999 copies. Its originality is confirmed by the included certificate of authenticity.
