Germania Mint presents the exceptional version of the Fenrir coin... The Fenrir Ultra Double High Relief 2 oz Silver BU is a coin much sought after by collectors.

Fenrir... a giant wolf whose jaws reach to earth and sky heralding the fall of the divine world. Brought up in Asgard under the tutelage of Odin, then bound by the magical yoke of Gleipnir, Fenrir undergoes unimaginable torments. According to prophecy, an earthquake will destroy Gleipnir and Fenrir, freed, will kill Odin in a great battle between gods and giants, giving the beast an eternal memory.

The design of this coin in the Mythical Beasts series is based on the concept of the figure encompassing the obverse and reverse, which are placed side by side to give an image of the entire design. The obverse of the coin depicts the head and torso of the mythical wolf. The reverse shows Fenrir's torso and Germania Mint's own double-headed eagle symbol.

The coin is struck in very high relief, which highlights the exceptional detail of the design. Both sides of the coin are sumptuously ennobled: UV chameleon effect with antique finish and glow in the dark.

All 999 pieces of the numbered Fenrir Ultra Double High Relief 2 oz Silver BU come with a certificate of authenticity and special packaging, including an acrylic glass display case and box.
